Frequently Asked Questions
Yes we charge non-refundable 25% to secure your date at the time of booking.
50% is due 12 weeks before the day.
The final payment of 25% is due 4 weeks before.
We have a few hand-picked suppliers we work with and can recommend. If you have already chosen a florist, we can work with them to incorporate your flowers throughout the venue styling.
We will come and dismantle any props and collect the decor the next day.
You can choose to keep your balloon installation, or we can ask the venue to dispose of them.
The 25% booking fee is non-refundable if you decide to cancel your event.
If you cancel more than 4 weeks before, we will retain the booking fee and refund any additional amounts paid.
If you cancel with less than 4 weeks to go, we will retain 50% of the booking which is transferable to another event or date.
